He runs core administration, supports payroll and billing, and jumps into estimating and small project management when needed. He builds simple, accurate processes so costs, cash flow, and reporting stay clear while the field keeps moving.

AP / AR ManagerSydnee manages AP and AR with practical, steady systems. She runs payroll, tracks vendors, and keeps customer communication on point. She works closely with the controller to post clean entries, reconcile accounts, and keep bills, receipts, and statements organized so the books close on schedule.
